Policies

Reservations: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and will be credited towards the balance of the reservation.

Groups or Multiple Room Reservations: In the case of a multiple room reservation or group, a deposit of one night for each room will be charged. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and each reservation will be subject to a 30 day cancellation policy.

Check in/Check out: Check in is from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. For later arrivals, please call 970-449-1660. Check out is before 11:00 AM. We do not accept early check ins without arrangement at the time of booking and payment of the early check in fee.

Arrival Date: Upon your arrival date, you are responsible for and will be charged the remaining balance if any, of all reserved nights and rooms.

Pets: Sorry, The Haber does not accept pets.

Guests: Children under two years sleeping in their own bedding are free. All other children over two years are considered a guest. All rooms are priced for two guests (double occupancy). Any additional guests will be charged to the cardholder. If you need a cot please request at the time of booking. We are unable to provide pack-n-plays or cribs.

Smoking: The Haber has always been smoke free. All rooms, balcony’s and common area’s are Non-Smoking. Smoking in the room will result in additional charges to the cardholder.

Payment: We accept Visa, MC, or Discover. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks or cash.

Damages or missing items: Damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the cardholder at full replacement cost plus lost revenue if any. Guest and/or cardholder further agrees to compensate The Haber Motel and/or JoKar LLC as “Agent” for reasonable labor and material costs necessary to bring the room and it’s contents to a normal operating level.

Cancellation of Single Rooms: For cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation of all or part of your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no shows will be charged the entire reservation. We accept one night stays only on a prepaid non-refundable basis and may not be changed for any other date. Exceptions: Any Third Party Booking, National Holidays and Estes Park Major Event weekends require 7 Days notice of cancellation. These would include, Memorial, Labor, Duck Race, Wool Market, Scottish Fest, Elk Fest, 4th of July, Jazz Fest.

Cancellation of Multiple Rooms or Groups: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit(s) minus a $50.00 fee for each room reserved. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

Rate Quotes: Rates quoted over the phone or in person are good only at the time of the quote.
